Meet Gillian MacMahon FCIPD
Gillian MacMahon is a Chartered Member of the CIPD for 20 years and has worked in the HR world since. She held Senior Human Resource Management roles within the hospitality industry notably the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the Radisson Blu Hotels in the UK and Ireland.

Fellow of the CIPD
Gillian has recently been accepted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. This accolade is given to HR Professionals in recognition of the extent and the quality of their experience.
Growing Remote Teams
Gillian's expertise covers all areas of Human Resource Management both in an in house environment and a remote environment. Assisting companies transition to a remote or hybrid workforce is also a passion of Gillian's and so she works with Grow Remote advising employers from a legal perspective on how to transition.
